Nina Josu graduated from Maxim Gorky Literature Institute in 1976. She is a member of the Moldovan Writers' Union.〔(LISTA Membrilor Uniunii Scriitorilor din Moldova )〕 Nina Josu works for Literatura şi Arta.〔(NINA JOSU SI VIZIONARISMUL SERAFIC )〕
Nina Josu is president of the Association for Romanian Literature and Culture "ASTRA" - "Onisifor Ghibu" ((ルーマニア語、モルドバ語():Asociaţia pentru Literatura şi Cultura Română „Astra" – "O.Ghibu)), Chişinău (reactivated on November 17, 1994).〔(ASTRA PENTRU ROMÂNII DE PRETUTINDENI )〕 She is a leader of Democratic Forum of Romanians in Moldova.〔(Declaration of the Democratic Forum of Romanians in Moldova on the need for removal outlawed Communist Party )〕
